Yashi Jain

Yashi Jain graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, in 2024. Though young in the profession, she has already become a strong pillar of support in our office. From drafting and organising to executing client work, Yashi brings diligence, dedication, and reliability to every task entrusted to her.

Her experience in intellectual property practice spans over a year, beginning during her final year of law school through intensive and hands-on internships. Since then, she has continued to build on this foundation with sincerity, consistency, and a genuine spirit of learning across various areas of IP law and legal research, including copyright and trademark matters.

As part of her growth journey during her time in the office, Yashi has successfully completed the prestigious CopyrightX course, offered in collaboration with Harvard Law School, demonstrating her willingness to go beyond classroom learning to deepen her expertise in copyright law. In addition, she has completed an NPTEL-certified course on “Intellectual Property Disputes: Court Practices and Enforcement”, conducted by IIT Kharagpur, securing an Elite certification with a score of 94%, placing her among the top performers of the course.

Yashi remains an integral part of our team, contributing consistently to intellectual property matters, legal research, and client-focused solutions.
