Mahak Kansara is an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of India, specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and Commercial Law. With over four years of experience, she advises and represents clients across industries such as FMCG, Agri-Tech, Entertainment, Furniture, and Technology.
As the Founder of her practice, Mahak helps startups, inventors, and brand owners protect their innovations through patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and geographical indications, and provides guidance on commercial contracts. Her approach combines practical solutions with deep legal expertise, tailored to each client’s needs.
Beyond her practice, Mahak actively contributes to the legal community. She serves as President of the Rajasthan State Intellectual Property Council (WICCI) and frequently organizes training programs and workshops for professional communities such as Business Network International (BNI), Hand for Handmade (Mumbai), and others.
A graduate of the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Mahak has further enhanced her expertise with certifications from Harvard Law School, WIPO, NYU, University of Chicago, and other institutions. She regularly undertakes academic work and has published multiple articles and research papers in leading legal platforms and reputable journals.
